  江南是文化的重要组成部分,在漫漫的历史长河浙江也逐渐发展成经济与文化双双腾飞的省份。悠久的历史孕育出灿烂的文化,多变的地貌造就了一方独特的风景。

  Jiangnan is an integral part of Chinese culture. In the long history of development, Zhejiang has become a province flourishing in both economy and culture. The long history has nurtured a culture of great splendor and the diversified landforms which have created unique local landscapes.

  忆江南,风景旧曾谙。日出江花红胜火,春江水绿如蓝。

  In memory of Jiangnan south of Yangtze River, where there are sceneries we have been familiar with. At sunrise riverside flowers more red than fire, in spring green river waves grow as blue as sapphire.

  群山环绕,绿水盈盈,是江南风景的主要特征,这是对本案创意构思的最初印象。浙江的地形复杂,有山脉也有水乡,绵延的山形与潺潺的流水形成一种强烈的对比,同时她们又能相互融合,这也成为本案的灵感源。

  As the key features of the sceneries in Jiangnan, the surrounding mountains and green waters are the initial images of creative concetpion for this project. Zhejiang has complicated landforms with mountains and rivers. The mountain stretches and gurgling waters create a striking contrast while mingle with each other. This is where the inspiration of this scheme comes from.

  本次项目的基地位于之江新城的心区域,依山傍水,通过之江大桥与滨江区相连。之江文化心是浙江省十三五文化基础设施建设的领头项目,从城市规划可以看出,它与X13地块,以及极地海洋公园组成一条文化轴线,通向钱塘江畔。同时又与艺创镇以及云栖镇形成三大文化集群,以美术学象山校区和浙江音乐学为支点,将辐射整个之江板块,成为浙江乃至世界上都有影响力的文化集群。2016年G20峰会已经大大提升了杭州的际地位,2022年的亚运会又是一次际化的发展契机,之江文化心也将在这些机遇向世界展现自身的魅力。

  The base of this project is located in the central area of Zhijiang New Town, which is near the mountains and by the rivers, and connected with the riverside area by the Zhijiang Bridge. Zhijiang Cultural Center is the leading project of cultural infrastructure construction in the 13th FiveYear Plan of Zhejiang Province. From the urban planning, it forms a cultural axis with X13 plot and polar ocean park, leading to the Qiantang River bank. Meanwhile, it forms three cultural clusters with Yichuang Town and Yunqi Town. Taking Xiangshan Campus of China Academy of Fine Arts and Zhejiang Conservatory of Music as the fulcrum, it will radiate the whole Zhijiang Plate and become an influential cultural cluster in Zhejiang and even in the world. The G20 summit in 2016 has greatly enhanced Hangzhou’s international status, and the 2022 Asian games is another opportunity for international development. Zhijiang Cultural Center will also show its charms to the world in these opportunities.

  山水精神是江南文化的精髓,也已深入每一个江浙人民的心。我们也希望在设计能完美体现这种文化。

  Landscape spirit is the essence of Jiangnan culture, and has been deeply rooted in the heart of every people in Jiangsu and Zhejiang. We also hope that this culture can be perfectly reflected in the design.

  在设计我们把整个项目设想为一个整体,但各个功能区都有严格的分界。布局上首先在这个大体量切出四个部分作为城市开放空间,同时也是从外界进入文化心的主要广场。间部分形成一个心文化公园,这样从外到内可以形成一个流通性很强的空间,体现本项目的开放性。几个广场除了集散之外,还可以作为室外演出,休闲娱乐,户外展示之用。

  In the design, we consider the entire project as a whole but with distinct boundaries for each functional area. In the layout, four parts are cut out from the whole to serve both as urban open spaces and the main squares leading to the culture center from the outside. The middle part will function as a central culture park. In this way, a space with a smooth communication between the outside and the inside will be formed to reflect the openness of this project. Except for gathering and evacuation, the squares may be used for outdoor performances, leisure and entertainment, and outdoor shows as well.

  我们的核心策略就是创造这样一个和谐的整体,四个主要场馆在场地沿边均衡布置,互相形成对话,每一个界面都向城市开放。围合成的内既延续了江南建筑的庭感又赋予了她现代公空间对市民文化生活的使用需求。

  Our core strategy is to create such a harmonious entirety. The four major venues will be laid out along the edges of the site in a balanced way to form a dialogue with each other, and every interface is open to the city. The courtyard thus formed will not only serve as a continuation of the sense of courtyard of Jiangnan buildings but also meet the needs of the cultural lives of the citizens for modern public spaces.

  之江文化心主要建设浙江省博物馆新馆省图书馆新馆省非遗馆省文学馆和公服心。其公服心完全布置在地下,留出大量的地面空间给景观。现代建筑规划设计必须使建筑与景观成为和谐的有机整体。

  Zhijiang Culture Center mainly contains new Zhejiang Provincial Museum, new Provincial Library,?Provincial Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum, Provincial Literature Museum, and public service center. Among which, the public service center?will be set up completely underground, saving a significant ground space for landscapes. The planning design of modern buildings must be a harmonious and oragnic integrity of buildings and landscapes.

  浙江省博物馆新馆

  Provincial New Museum

  省博物馆新馆位于整个地块的西南面,这既考虑了基地的空间关系,又由于它对自然光线需求较为限制,因此,西南面城市建筑对它的遮挡影响最。建筑造型采用体量组合,虚实交错,顶面高低错落等手法。为了使大体量的建筑适应整体文化心的和谐,在立面体块上处理了竖向的切缝,这些切缝将各个减了的建筑体量或实或虚的连接起,适应了内部对功能空间大分隔不同的需求。外观以浅灰浅白色石材为主,除办公区域外少量布窗。大面积墙面与窗的配合是对江南建筑的记忆,木质感的窗框窗棂丰富了这些记忆的温度。

  The provincial new museum is located in the southwest part of the plot, which is not only considered spatial relationship of the base, but also due to its limited requirements for natural light. Therefore,?urban buildings on the southwest?will brought the minimum blocking influences. The building modeling adopts volume combination, real and virtual mixture, disordered roof and other methods. In order to adapt to the harmony of the whole cultural center, the processing of vertical slits is used on the facade blocks for the buildings with large size. These slits connect the building with reduced volume, either solid or virtaul, and meet the different internal needs of functional space size.?The building appearance is mainly made of light gray and white stone, with a small number of cloth windows besides the office area. The combination of large area walls and small windows is the memory of Jiangnan architecture, and wooden window frames and window lattices enrich the temperature of these memories.

  省图书馆新馆

  Provincial New?Library

  省图书馆新馆位于地块北部,与博物馆隔着公园遥遥相望,这样的布局使得图书馆南立面可以有大量的采光,而北面采光较弱部分则可以设置藏书库。图书馆整体造型采用体块切割手法,虚实穿插结合。与其他馆的立面不同,其外立面按照一定的模数排列组合,设计了许多大不一的外窗,形成了独特的立面肌理,并在整体有规律的立面肌理穿插了一些较大的玻璃面和退台空间,既活跃了立面形式,又引入了大量自然光线,满足了阅览区和活动室休憩等不同需求的功能需求。屋面采用深灰色金属屋面,倾斜着覆盖在高高低低的建筑体之上,仿佛又见到江南水乡的天际线。

  Located in the north of the plot, the provincial new library faces the museum from afar with the central park in between. Such a layout provides much of the south fa?ade of the library with sufficient light, while the lightless part in the north can be used for the stacks. The overall modeling of the library adopts the method of block cutting and the combination of virtual and real. Different from the facades of other venues, its facade is arranged and assembled according to certain modulus, and many external windows of different sizes are designed to form a unique facade texture. Some large glass facades and retreated spaces are designed in the facade texture, which not only activate the facade form, but also introduce a large number of natural light, satisfying the different functional needs on reading area, activity room and rest room. The roof adopts?dark gray metal, tilted over high and low buildings, as if to see the skyline of Jiangnan waterfront again.

  省非遗馆

  Provincial?Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum

  省非遗馆沿基地侧短边布置,是文化轴线的重要节点。该馆内容丰富,功能强大,因此它的形体也较为特殊。设计从江南传统建筑和西方构成雕塑寻找通感,以期与自然环境人文环境和现代审美理念取得和谐统一。面向心公园一侧设计了多层递级的室外台延伸至屋顶花园,最大程度上引入绿化景观,既是室内空间的拓展,也是向公园的景观延续。在面向城市道路一侧立面透过类似于展示窗口的建筑玻璃幕墙,直接向公众开放了最重要的特色展区大厅古戏台展区船模展区,这使人们很远就能看到珍贵的各类优秀文化遗在传承和发扬光大。

  Provincial Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum is laid out along the east short edge of the base, which is an important node of the cultural axis. Because of its rich contents and powerful functions, its shape is also special. The design seeks inspiration from the traditional buildings in the south of the Yangtze River and the sculptures in the west, to achieve harmony and unity with the natural environment, the humanistic environment and the modern aesthetic concept. Facing one side of the central park, a multilevel outdoor platform is designed to extend to the roof garden. The greening landscape is introduced to the greatest extent, which is not only the expansion of indoor space, but also the continuation of the landscape of the central park. The facade facing the urban roads opens the most important distinct exhibition area directly to the outdoor public through the glass curtain wall similar to the window–the central hall,?ancient stage?exhibition area and ship model exhibition area.? therefore, we can see that the precious cultural heritage has not been lost, and the excellent cultural heritage is still being inherited and carried forward.

  省文学馆

  Provincial Literature Museum

  省文学馆沿基地短边布置,位于西北面较为安静的区域,紧靠城市绿化带,保持相对的独立性,便于研究和创作。建筑的意义同样也给予了下一代的关怀,在与图书馆靠的区域设计了儿童文学互动区。建筑内部空间多处设计了开放台和内部庭,在庭内形成层层叠落的室外台,一直延伸至面向心公园一侧的屋顶花园,形成一个巨大的景观视窗,丰富了建筑的第五立面。建筑立面上增设点状窗口肌理,疏密有致,极具韵味。外观材料以石材墙面与玻璃幕墙配合,辅以木材质感窗格的点缀,绿台青瓦朝向天空,令人感到坚硬建筑下面柔软跳动的心脏。

  Literature Museum is arranged along the short edge of the base, and located in the quiet area of the northwest, close to the urban green belt with a relative independence for researches and creations.?The significance of the building is also to care for the next generation, and an interactive area for children’s literature is designed close to the library.?Open platforms and courtyards are designed in the interior space of the building, forming layer upon layer outdoor platforms, extending to the top garden facing the side of the central park, forming a huge landscape view window, and enriching the fifth elevation of the building. Point window texture is added to the facade of the building, which is compact and with great charming.?Facade materials mainly adopt the stone wall and glass curtain wall, supplemented by wood texture pane ornament. Green tiles and black bricks towards the sky, and make people feel soft beating heart under the solid building.

  总之,之江文化心的建设是浙江文化强省的重要举措,这不仅是一个地标性建筑,更是一次传统与现代的融合,在设计我们以打造有序活力开放的空间环境为理念,使规划区的建筑形成布局合理尺度宜人的有机建筑群体。在这片古老而又充满活力的土地上,它将成为一个联系着过去现在以及将,集自然人文艺术生态于一体的现代化复合文化空间。

  In brief, the construction of Zhijiang Culture Center is an important step in Zhejiang’s endeavor of becoming a province with a powerful culture. It is not only a landmark building but also a fusion of tradition and modernization. In the design, we follow the concept of building a wellorganized, dynamic and open space environment to form an organic building cluster with a rational layout and pleasant dimensions in the planning area. On this ancient and dynamic land, the center will serveas a modern and complex culture space connecting the past, present and future and combining the nature, humanity, art, and ecology.
