Other ATPases

ActivX ATP and ADP acyl phospahte probes label not only protein and lipid kinases, but also a large number of other nucleotide-binding proteins. The KiNativ ATPase panel, illustrated below, enables broad profiling of this nucleotide binding space. Several of these proteins are well-validated drug targets, including Hsp90 and VCP. Native ATPase profiling provides a practical strategy to directly assay these diverse enzyme families, especially where no validated enzymatic assay exists.
